Detail
Scope of Application
1. Selective Coordination: The ZYHM1E electronic molded case circuit breaker features three-step protection functionality. Breakers with category B classification achieve selective coordination with other short-circuit protection devices connected in the same circuit under short-circuit conditions.
2. Adjustable Protection Parameters: Users can configure tripping thresholds and time delays for overcurrent protection based on load requirements.
3. Self-Powered Design: The electronic trip unit derives energy from the breaker itself, with current signals and operating power supplied by integrated current transformers.
4. Pre-Alarm Indication: When the actual operating current reaches or exceeds the pre-alarm threshold (IRO), the yellow "PRE-ALARM" LED on the breaker cover illuminates.
5. Overload Indication: The red LED on the breaker cover activates when the load current exceeds the long-delay overcurrent tripping threshold.
6. High-Current Instantaneous Tripping: Upon encountering short-circuit currents exceeding 20In during closure or operation, the electromagnetic trip mechanism directly triggers breaker disconnection.
7. Interchangeable Installation: The physical dimensions match those of the ZYHM1 series molded case circuit breakers, ensuring compatibility and interchangeability.Circuit Breaker Classification
1. Pole Configuration
Classified into three-pole and four-pole variants. For four-pole models, the neutral pole (N-pole) features:N-pole overcurrent protection current and time parameters automatically track 100% of the phase line setting values.
N-pole switches synchronously with the other three poles (N-pole closes first and opens last).
2. Rated Current Ratings
ZYHM1E-125: 32A, 63A, 125A
ZYHM1E-250: 250A
ZYHM1E-400: 400A
ZYHM1E-630: 630A
ZYHM1E-800: 800A
3. Connection MethodsAvailable in five configurations:
Front-panel wiring
Rear-panel wiring
Plug-in front-panel wiring
Plug-in rear-panel wiring
Draw-out wiring
4. Accessory ConfigurationOffered with or without accessories. Accessories are divided into internal and external categories:
Internal Accessories: Shunt trip devices, undervoltage trip devices, auxiliary contacts, and alarm contacts.
External Accessories: Rotary handle operating mechanism and motorized operating mechanism. -
